Refund Policy

Last updated: 30 July 2026

This page is the dedicated section referred to in the Money-back-guarantee clause of our Terms and Conditions, and sets out the terms and conditions applicable to that offer.

Money-back-guarantee

Without prejudice to any applicable statutory rights, the Owner grants Users the right to cancel the purchase of a Digital Product they are unsatisfied with, and obtain a refund, within 15 days from the day on which the contract
was entered into.

The Owner shall refund the price of the Product purchased using the same payment method as the original transaction.

In order to make use of this right, Users must send an unambiguous notice to the Owner at support@internethabits.com. While a motivation is not required, Users are kindly asked to specify the reason why they are claiming the money-back-guarantee.

Given that the Products sold on this Website consist of digital content, not supplied on a tangible medium, Users are not required to return anything in order to claim the money-back-guarantee.

Upon receipt of such notice, the Owner will verify that all conditions applicable to the money-back-guarantee are fulfilled, and, if so, refund the purchase price.

The Owner shall pay the refund without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which the Owner is informed of the User’s decision. This period relates to payment of the refund and is separate from the 15-day period within which Users may make a claim.

Following the refund, the User’s right to use the Product shall cease, and Users must stop using the Product and delete any copies in their possession.

The above does not affect the Users’ rights to seek remedy free of charge in the event of a lack of conformity of the Product under applicable law.

Statutory rights

This money-back-guarantee is granted in addition to, and does not limit or replace, any statutory rights Users may have.

In particular, Users who qualify as Consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal, or a right to cancel, in respect of purchases made online. Those rights, the conditions under which they apply and how to exercise them are described in the “User rights” section of our Terms and Conditions.
